Mindfulness Movement Classes

Besides working with people who suffer from chronic pain, I am also passionate about sharing the wisdom of Mindfulness and Mindful Movement with the wider community and teaching effective skills for stress reduction and well-being.

These mindful classes aim to teach:

  • The fundamentals of Mindful Movement Meditation applied to the mind and body in still positions and in motion.

  • Simple self-care body strategies that help to cultivate present moment awareness

  • The importance of breath work to calm the nervous system

  • The basics of applied self-compassion

  • How our stress-responses work
